Venue Hire per day:
R1400 per day (the Guesthouse Entertainment area – 10 guests – lounge type area)
Compulsory Sound engineer: R750-00
The Venue Hire Includes:
- Use of the venue for 8 hours – after 8 hours, R500 overtime will be charged per half hour
- Function Coordinator
- Setup incl. tables, chairs, table cloths (white or cream), cutlery, crockery & standard glass ware
- The use of all our sound & media equipment as stated in the list below; as well as the setup thereof

WAITRON CHARGES
To ensure the guests’ relaxation and comfort during any function, waiters are employed to attend to their every need. The minimum numbers are:
- Buffet menus:
- 1 waiter per every 2 tables of up to 10 guests each.
- A headwaiter to look after the main table only.
- Waiters: R45/hour per waiter- minimum 6 hour shift.
- One bar attendant per 25 guests, to a maximum of 3 up to 250 guests.
Bar attendants: R45/hour per barmen- minimum 8 hour shift
Please be advised that should the waiters work longer than 6 hours, the standard rate per waiter will be charged, until the venue overtime rate kicks in. (Please see set-up and cut-off times). These prices are subject to change.
