Option 1: Full day package and Buffet lunch @ R210 per person

  • Plated Breakfast: R95p.p.
    - It includes a warm English breakfast, yoghurt, muesli, fruit cocktail and coffee/ tea or juice

  • A buffet Breakfast: R165p.p.
    - A buffet breakfast with eggs, bacon, sausages, croissants, ‘pap’, mushrooms, tomato, peppers, etc.
    - As well as a fruit cocktail, a variety of cereals with yogurt, coffee / tea/ juice

  • A buffet Breakfast including scones & muffins: R175-00p.p.
    - Please feel free to make changes to the above menus; we will gladly work out a new quote.

  • Muffins & Scones selection: R20p.p.
    - Served with a variety of jams, cream & cheese

Finger snack Lunch:

  • Assorted cheeses served with biscuits, fresh fruit, pâtés and preserves

WAITRON CHARGES

To ensure the guests’ relaxation and comfort during any function, waiters are employed to attend to their every need. The minimum numbers are:

  1.  Buffet menus:
    • 1 waiter per every 2 tables of up to 10 guests each.
    • A headwaiter to look after the main table only.
    • Waiters: R45/hour per waiter- minimum 6 hour shift.

  2.  One Bar attendant per 25 guests, to a maximum of 3 up to 250 guests.
    • Bar attendants: R45/hour per barmen- minimum 8 hour shift
Please be advised that should the waiters work longer than 6 hours, the standard rate per waiter will be charged, until the venue overtime rate kicks in.
