WAITRON CHARGES
To ensure the guests’ relaxation and comfort during any function, waiters are employed to attend to their every need. The minimum numbers are:
- Buffet menus:
- 1 waiter per every 2 tables of up to 10 guests each.
- A headwaiter to look after the main table only.
- Waiters: R45/hour per waiter- minimum 6 hour shift.
- One Bar attendant per 25 guests, to a maximum of 3 up to 250 guests.
- Bar attendants: R45/hour per barmen- minimum 8 hour shift
Please be advised that should the waiters work longer than 6 hours, the standard rate per waiter will be charged, until the venue overtime rate kicks in.
